We loved the location of this place, right across from the central train station and in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the downtown activities. The room had great amenities including ironing facilities, mini-bar, and terrace with garden furniture. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms and the air conditioning.
Although the staff didn't seem particularly concerned about customer service, there was one person who quickly solved our problem of a "Forgotten Bear Teddy" in the room after check-out. we highly recommend this hotel as the benefits far outweigh the minor inconveniences.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the train station and shopping centers. It was so convenient to explore the city and catch our train. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower and was kept clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We even had a beautiful view from our room!
That there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

Although the whole experience was pleasant, the bed in our room was too hard. Hotel's reception was friendly with competentpersonnel. Ideal and top location close to Berns. The roof top bar was cozy and the drinks were good...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

This hotel is amazing location, right opposite the train station and close to all areas in Stockholm. It is also conveniently next to T-Centralen station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel is really good, with super clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a wide selection of delicious food.
Can't fault anything about it.

Central modern building with friendly and helpful staff and well-equipped, stylish, and immaculately clean rooms. Great breakfast with plenty of delicious options. Convenient location next to public transportation and easy walking distance to attractions. Free bikes, helmets, and locks available to borrow. Rooftop terrace with stunning views.

Great location, close to shopping, dining, and sights. We booked a standard twin room, but it was too small for us. the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room. Breakfast had a wide selection and was constantly replenished. The hotel is conveniently located near Central Station.

The hotel's gym was well-equipped and the sauna was hot. The rooftop bar was a nice addition to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location outside the main train station was convenient for taxis and exploring the city. however, the hotel was underwhelming and not worth the price.
Arrived for a city break and was disappointed with the hotel. The room was small and windowless, feel claustrophobic.
